We had to renew our beach insurance and due to flat surf and the inability to run a surf contest at the Narragansett Town Beach (off limits on weekends) and Whitecrest Beach (no sand bar), we will positively and desperately run an ESA contest on September 1st at 2nd Beach…NO Matter What! Congrats to the flattest summer in two decades.Peter Pan
