Patrice Belbeoch races to glory in the 2013 Défi Wind

Patrice Belbeoch has stormed the 13th edition of the Défi Wind, in Gruissan, France.
The famous Tramontane wind blessed 805 sailors in the world’s largest windsurfing marathon. In the fifth and final race, Belbeoch sealed the deal and finished ahead of Andrea Cucchi and Sébastien Bonhomme Allaire.
The 2013 Défi Wind saw riders traveling from 31 countries, including Japan, Chile, South Africa and the USA. The event’s DNA mixes pros and amateurs, without distinction.
