Bone rattling frigid one foot with MINUS 7 degree air temps right now and wind gust to 23 miles per hour. IT is even too cold to ride Yawgoo Valley right now. Go Pats.
What we mean is…. a stiff North wind at 38 knots. Straight off shore. Nothing getting into the beach on this coldest day of the year. 3 miles out the waves are 11 feet and will sink any vessel!

Waves are 1′ at 10 Seconds from the ESE direction. Not much getting in. Temp near 40 Astronomical tides beginning.
Great long board peelers. Tiny but perfect! No wind.
Went out yesterday PM. Frigid and inconsistent 2-3 feet. Froze after 30 minutes at the beach. This AM it is 1-2 feet and just as frigid. Parking lot is a sheet of ice. Good day for Yawgoo Valley. Too inconsistent.
A bone chilling 2-3 feet at the beach with brisk winds. Zero degrees with the wind chill. Real low tide right now. Roads are still bad.
Finally shoveled out and walked to beach. Solid overhead and clean with some big dumpers coming in. Roads were impassable. No one was out anywhere. Wicked north winds made it feel like -15 degrees. Surf tomorrow for sure!!
