Northeast Surfing Academy offers an affiliate program for all of our Youth surf camps. This affiliate program is for local schools, private companies, park & recreation programs, and more. We are the only NSSIA accredited surf school in Massachusetts. All our Instructors are certified surf instructors & certified lifeguards. With a solid reputation and over 25 years experience. Whether you’re looking to add Youth Surf Camps to your local towns park & recreation programs, or adult team building camps for your companies employees, Northeast Surfing will provide you with everything you need to help you become successful. Surf Camp Booking Schedule:

  1. September 10th to October 1st: The following summer surf camp(s) pre-sales open. Parents can buy surf camps for next summer but are not allowed to select weeks until after January 1st.
  2. End of September: We send out this form to affiliate program organizations.
  3. October 12th: Affiliate forms are due. Affiliate forms are due. Weeks selected are placed on temporary hold in the order we receive them. 
  4. November 1st: Affiliate payments are due. Checks are mailed to Northeast Surfing, Ronald Lees, 23 Russell St, Hull, MA, 02045. Week(s) selected are confirmed and guaranteed to affiliate organizations for the following summer.
  5. November 2nd to December 25th: Holiday Sales open, all available weeks for the following year are posted. Parents can see what weeks will be open before they buy holiday camp gifts.
  6. January 1st: Early registration opens for families that have attended Surf Camp 3 years or more, or families who had bought pre-sales the year before.
  7. February 1st: General registration opens. Over 300 families sign up the first day.

Information:

  1. Deadline – All payments must be made by NOVEMBER 1, yearly. This secures the week for the summer. Allow us to run holiday camp sales. Forms of payment include checks and all major credit cards. This form must be completed by October 12th, the sooner you submit the sooner we will place a hold on the weeks you are interested in booking.
  2. Promotion – We will provide all promotional material, advice, and marketing tools for you to be successful.
  3. Recommended opening date – We open our camp registration on February 1, at 9:00am every summer.
  4. Suggested retail price & your cost – We change $309.99 per student per camp. We recommend the same. Although if your providing bus rides etc, you may want to charge more. You pay $259.99 a student. 
  5. Wetsuits – Wetsuits are additional and optional. Wetsuit money is due on the Monday on the first day of camp if needed. The cost of the wetsuits are $20.00 per week per student, we keep the wetsuits at camp and clean them daily. Parents can send wetsuit money on the Monday. You can pay now or pay next summer.
  6. What if you do not sell spots? – We do not refund for camp spots not sold. Although we sell out of our camp spots every summer for over 20 years now. 
  7. Staffing – We provide all certified and accredited staff, lifeguard training, payroll, workmen’s comp, management, camp directors, all with years of experience. We have a nurse on call at all times and we work closely with the state and town board of health. 
  8. T-shirts: You have the option to include Northeast Surfing t-shirts for each of your students. T-shirts are an extra change of $12.00 per student per week. You can pay now or pay next April.
  9. Ages: Camp is open to kids ages 7-16. No experience necessary – just a love for the ocean!
  10. Swim Test – Northeast Surfing trained lifeguards provide a basic state approved swim test on every Monday of camp all summer long. All students must past this swim test and feel comfortable in the surf zone. Students that do not pass will be provided with a second chance. If they do not pass the second test. Surf and some other activities in shallow water will be provided.
  11. Permits & Insurance – We have all permits thought the Town of Hull and the State DCR. We have a 2 million dollar insurance policy. 
  12. Drop off & Pick up – We have a safe area for vehicles or buses to drop off and pick up. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please fill out the form below. Double-check all the information and submit it. Due by October 12th. We will email you an invoice. All payments are due by November 1, 2026. This allows enough time to ensure all received information is correct and payment is made. Once this form is submitted a temporary hold will be placed on the weeks you want to book. Once payment is made the spots are yours. This secures the spots you selected here before our holiday sales open in November. If your organization cannot meet our due dates for any reason, please contact us so we can work with you. Thanks for your understanding and continuous support.

Week Surf Academy (camps, surf school & shop) NO Refund policy: “IMPORTANT” Once payment or deposit is made your space is reserved. Northeast Surfing will NOT refund any payments to any persons with NO exceptions. In the case of a medical emergency only with a medical note written by a doctors office. Northeast Surfing will issue a credit for the same academy activity (academy / camps only) to be used within one year by the same camper / student only. “NO CREDITS” without a medical note. We will hold the day academy no matter what the weather is like. No refunds are given based on any weather conditions. No waves, waves too big, flat, thunder classes ending early, etc. Northeast Surfing is not responsible for scheduling conflicts of any said organizations within this affiliate program. Please confirm the selected weeks above. Payments must be made by November 1st, to guarantee your selected weeks on this form. We will confirm weeks with you on an invoice through email. You must agree to all terms and conditions.
