By enrolling in our Rental Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Eligibility
• The program is open to individuals aged 13 and over (or with parental consent if under 13) - How It Works
• Earn 1 loyalty punch for each paid rental session.
• After 4 rentals, receive 1 free rental (equal in value to your typical rental session). - Rewards & Redemption
• Free rentals earned through the loyalty program are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Free rentals are subject to availability.
• Loyalty rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or packages unless otherwise stated. - Expiration & Limitation
• Only one loyalty reward can be used per day/session.
• Lost or unclaimed points cannot be recovered without proof of eligibility. - Program Changes
• Northeast Surfing reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. - Misuse
• Abuse of the program (e.g., falsifying bookings or transferring punches) may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of earned rewards.
